At Atelier Design Society, every project begins with intention. Our process is designed to bring clarity to cabinetry and surface selections while supporting designers, builders, architects, and discerning clients through a refined, collaborative experience.
We begin by understanding your project goals, reviewing inspiration, layouts, dimensions, and functional needs to establish a clear direction.
01 • Discovery
We develop an initial layout direction and estimate to establish scope, feasibility, and investment range.
02 • Preliminary Review & Estimate
We review the proposal, layout, and estimate with you and your team to ensure alignment and answer any questions.
03 • Presentation
A design retainer secures your partnership with Atelier and allows us to begin the design development phase in depth.
10% OF PROJECT TOTAL | $5,000 MINIMUM
04 • Design Retainer
We refine the design, curate cabinetry and surface selections, and develop the details that support both the design intent and the functionality of the space.
05 • Design Development
Final measurements are taken, drawings are approved, and the remaining balance and signed contract are completed to move forward.
06 • Final Measure & Approval
Once approved, the cabinetry order is placed and we coordinate lead times and next steps with your team.
07 • Ordering & Coordination
We work with your trade professional to support a smooth delivery and handoff from our showroom to your project site.
08 • Delivery Support
